For more than 10 years, I tried to solve problems I saw in the world around me. I learned HTML, PHP, Python. I bought hosting. I registered domains. I had the ideas, the drive, and just enough technical knowledge to start — but never enough to finish. Every project stayed half-built. Every domain sat empty.

Then AI coding tools changed everything. My construction expertise, my domain knowledge, and my years of frustration all finally had an engine. I shipped 5 products — with real users and real revenue. No dev team. Just me and AI.

Today I am managing the most high-standard projects in Saudi Arabia, from NEOM to Red Sea Global, while running an officially registered U.S. SaaS company (Janem Labs LLC) and educating 21,700+ professionals that they can build too.
